Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-06-15.
By accessing or using Motif Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Motif Studio provides browser-based tools for generating design assets. The Service is provided free of charge and is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
Assets you create
Files you export are governed by our asset license, which permits personal and commercial use without attribution. You are solely responsible for any image or content you upload into an image-based tool, and you confirm you have the rights necessary to use it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse the Service’s infrastructure.
- Do not resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Service itself or its source code as your own product.
Intellectual property
The Motif Studio name, brand, site design, and underlying tool code are owned by Motif Studio and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you rights to the Service’s branding or codebase, only to the design assets you export under the asset license.
Advertising and third-party services
The Service is supported by advertising and uses Google AdSense and Google Analytics, which set cookies and process usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge these third-party services. Ads are served by Google and its partners; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
No warranty
The Service and all generated files are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing exported files before using them in production or print.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motif Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
